For poker players, they offer rake back directly to your account. For those that don't know the casino makes moeny at poker by taking a "rake" from the pot of each poker hand played. The rake is a small percentage of the total pot. So if the total amount in the pot in one hand is $10, the casino might take $0.10 from the pot. Well not with loyalty programs, casino will now pay back a portion of this $0.10 to the players. While that might not seem like a lot of money, if you sit down and play 8 hours of poker, that $0.10 adds up!
